Return Policy

Our merchandise is of the highest quality and we are confident of your satisfaction. However, if for some reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 7 days* of delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and handling charges are not refundable).

To ensure refund, phone or email us for a Return Authorization Number within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. (Returned items without an RTA will not be processed.) *Gaia Star Jewelers must receive the merchandise within 7 days of RTA issuance for full refund.

Enclose in the return package; the original merchandise, a copy of the invoice and RTA number. (The merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was sent.) Send the package insured for the full amount of the invoice.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom work.

Shipping Policy

Merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground with a Signature Required and Insured. (If you would like to use UPS Overnight, there will be an extra charge) We do not ship to PO Boxes and the shipping address is verified.

We understand the privacy issues related to purchasing items on the Internet. At Gaia Star Jewelers your information will always be kept confidential. We do not sell, rent, lease or disclose any information about you to any third parties. All personal and transactional information is transmitted using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. We may contact you via email from time to time to advise you of website changes or special promotions. You may remove yourself from our mailing list at any time. Gaia Star Jewelers has attempted to accurately depict the products, pricing and information on this site but does not warrant that information contained on the site will be accurate, reliable or error free. We cannot be held liable or responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, omissions or changes in the site and we reserve the right to correct and/or modify errors at any time. We do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Material on the site may contain technical inaccuracies and/or typographical errors including pricing errors, which may be changed, updated or modified at any time. We reserve the right to add, change or delete all or some of our products and services at any time. Neither Gaia Star Jewelers nor any of its officers or employees is liable for any damages arising from the use of this site. The use of this site is on an as-is basis.

Payment:

We accept payment for your purchases using Paypal. You do not need to sign up for a paypal account and can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. (Credit Card information is encrypted during transmission to protect your privacy.)

We also accept checks and money orders. Please contact us via email or phone to pay with a check or money order. All checks must be drawn on U.S. banks. If you choose to pay by check or money order we must wait for them to process before we can ship your order. All payments must be in US Dollars.

If you live in the State of Texas you will be charged 8.25% tax on purchases.
